In addition to Vocational skills, trainees are oriented on Business and entrepreneurship skills, Leadership and are linked to other health services such as Family planning. Before girls graduate, HOLD Uganda organizes community exposure where the trainees work on the community members free of charge as a way of marketing them that they have acquired the skills and as potential service providers in their respective communities. This has helped our former trainees get customers after the training.
